Data Operations Analyst

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.

PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your mission:

 Data4All is a young and growing team, client service oriented, providing data support across all lines of service in assurance, tax, and advisory. We offer a wide range of solutions in data collection and management, working closely with external providers.


Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Initiate, monitor, and receive data and documents in collaboration with Fund Administrative Agents;
  • Manage and update databases;
  • Apply appropriate procedures to meet PwC’s risk and quality standards, ensure compliant data processing;
  • Support audit missions on legal and regulatory aspects, such as collecting and documenting clients’ legal information and preparing their activity reports;
  • Stay informed on technical and business developments;
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams;
  • Participate in data remediation using our various tools;
  • Communicate regularly with Fund Administrative Agents;
  • Embrace digital transformation;
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Show strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Demonstrate willingness to engage in diverse activities;
  • Have high attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines with strong organizational skills;
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) data management, accounting, or IT, and/or relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Have good command of English, knowledge of French will be a distinctive asset;
  • Have knowledge of data management practices and audit processes (preferred);
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of Excel, Alteryx, or other data tools (preferred);
  • Have an interest in finance and the asset and Fund industry.
