Job Description:
  1. This position is open to Mumbai-based candidates only ( relocation is not available )
  2. 8– 10 years’ experience in Accounts Payable ( Relevant ) process in BPO environment
  3. B.Com / M.Com / Accounts Graduate
  4. Proficient in ERP (Oracle Fusion)
  5. Excellent Communication skills – Written and Verbal
  6. Good Analytical Skills
  7. Proficient in advance MS Office
  8. Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
  9. Multi-tasking between activities and delivering Quality output
  10. People Management Skills
  11. Client Management Skills
  12. Experience in leading a team of 20-25 resources
  13. Role:
  14. Manage Invoice monitoring & Invoice processing
  15. Monitoring realization of early payment deductions
  16. Process invoice approvals
  17. Manage Travel & Expense processing & audit
  18. Interact with clients and suppliers through emails and calls to resolve escalated queries
  19. Team management – Daily huddles, one o one session, transport roster, leave management etc.
  20. Escalation management
  21. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of SLA in tight turnaround time
  22. Reporting to internal and external clients (KPI, Dashboard, etc.)
  23. P2P control and compliance management
  24. Continuous process improvements are achieved
  25. Month end & closing activities 
  26. Incentive reporting and performance appraisals.
  27. Meet all client deliverable
Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounts Graduate
