Day to Day Implementation of Safety Practices

• Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is available and used by all individuals before access to plant.
• In case of fire, ensure that the firefighting team members are within reach so that incidents can be avoided.
• Ensure implementation of Safety Audit to ensure compliance and implement follow up assessments if required.
• Ensure that proper documentation (SOPs, Safety Plan, Incidents Reports, CAPA) is in place. Conduct Safety Trainings and Audits as required.

Reporting

• Create report on day-to-day observations of practices carried out at plant.  Accountable for reporting of all incidents on site and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) has been prepared.
• Carryout investigation of accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Analyse incidents and understand and report near miss incidents.
• Create corrective action reports for incidents
• Ensure incident closure reports are signed off and documented.
• Carry out safety audits - verify the ground scenario and identify areas of improvement, thereby helping project to enhance their safety performance. 

Trainings

• Implement safety induction programmes as there is frequent change in manpower.
• Counsel and educate employees on compliance
