• Bachelor’s or master's degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 1.5 -2 years related real estate experience preferred. Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Reasoning Ability
• Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Job Summary
• Business Development and generation of leads in the market
• Cold calling and stacking of office building in HYD
• Provides transactional financial analysis support to the Transaction Management team, including cash flow analysis.
• Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiation and administration
• Prepares and tracks correspondence for broker engagements and market information
• Need to also manage small/medium transactions under supervision of Seniors.
