Job Description:

Sandisk is looking for a Senior Director, Regional Integrated Marketing. We are seeking a strategic and experienced, results-driven professional to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the region across our consumer storage portfolio to ensure cohesive and impactful activation of marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics.

This role works to ensure that our consumer technology offerings are positioned effectively and resonate with target audiences - both tech-savvy and everyday users - across regional markets and is critical in driving awareness and sales of our storage solutions – including SSDs, USBs and memory cards.  

The position reports to the VP, Global Consumer Brand and Digital Marketing and partners deeply across the Consumer Business working closely with the Sales, Go-To-Market, Global Brand Management, Global Campaign teams and other teams across the company to drive effective and efficient execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will own:

Regional Marketing

  • Develop and lead the Regional integrated marketing strategy across channels and customers, ensuring focus and prioritization.
  • Own and manage the Regional integrated marketing calendar and budget, to drive the most productive ROI from investments.
  • Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistently with the global strategy and appropriate localization as needed.
  • Drive strategy and execution for Sandisk participation in key regional events.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Work with the Global Campaign function in the development of campaigns from concept through execution, including portfolio, NPIs and seasonal campaigns ensuring work developed is ‘fit for purpose’, leverageable and impactful for priority markets in your Region.
  • Lead the regional implementation of global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and local relevance.
  • Leverage regional consumer insights and market data to inform campaign localization and optimize performance.
  • Serve as the regional voice in global marketing forums, providing insights and feedback to shape global strategies.
  • Monitor and report against KPIs and feed insights to Global Campaign teams to inform or adjust strategy as needed to drive effectiveness.

Channel Marketing

  • Lead the marketing relationship with regional channel partners and build a strategy for each.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel activation plans across digital, retail, experiential, and media platforms.
  • Own and optimize channel marketing efforts across channel partners both online and offline, overseeing in-country channel marketing teams to drive execution at a local level.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance data to refine strategy and improve ROI.

Performance & Optimization

  • Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  • Define and track KPIs. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data, customer feedback and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment for the business through both short and long-term measurement across key performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with other Regional Marketing leads - Americas, EU/IMEA, and APAC – and other Global Consumer & Digital Marketing leads to share learnings, identify best practices and problem solve.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team, driving a results driven culture and mentoring future leaders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with peers and key business stakeholders through continuous engagement.
  • Act as a senior leader representing the marketing function within Sandisk’s Consumer Business.
Qualifications:

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a consumer product organization, or fast paced consumer goods industry, with a focus on integrated campaign activation.
  • Demonstrable experience driving success in large, matrixed organizations. 
  • Experience managing, developing, and motivating a team, and creating or promoting a consumer-centric culture.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and familiarity with localization strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and landscape.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and retail activation strategies.
  • Experience working with global brands and cross-cultural teams.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working across diverse markets.
