As part of Project Office & Engineering Organization, Design To Cost aims to ensure the best & just enough technical definition, at the just enough cost, on a wide range of rolling stock systems (Doors, Seats, Vehicles, frames,…). Consequently, we would meet our customer’s needs while being competitive technically and economically against our competitor.
