Job Description:

  • Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols for communication activities. Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience. 

  • Crisis Management: Assist in executing crisis communication protocols. Provide support by preparing necessary materials and ensuring timely communication across relevant channels during crises. 

  • Corporate Communications: Support the creation and distribution of corporate communication materials. 

  • Budgeting: Prepare initial budget estimates for communication projects, gathering necessary financial data and cost information. Support in monitoring and reporting on budget performance. 

  • Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including press conferences and promotional activities. 

  • Brand Positioning: Ensure the application of brand guidelines and brand templates and promote the importance of brand alignment and positioning. 

  • Content Management: Assist developing, writing, and editing compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, articles, and social media updates. 

  • Social Media: Support the execution of Ferrovial's social media strategy. Draft posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media channels 

  • Insights & Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. 

  • Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
