CONTEXT
Richemont International Distribution (RID) is looking for a highly motivated intern for a 6-month mission to support the Project& Logistics Performance team in optimizing logistics operations and performance analysis.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in logistics performance management and master data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Logistics Reporting Support: Assist in setting up and improving logistics dashboards, ensuring alignment with global KPIs and reporting guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing logistics KPIs, conducting cost studies, and proposing optimization levers.
- Support for Periodic Reviews: Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics performance reviews and help interpret key results.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in logistics optimization projects and develop new methodologies to enhance performance measurement.
- Data Management Support: Use BI tools (Power BI, SAP, Celonis, SAC, GCP, Looker) to analyze and visualize logistics performance data.
- Documentation and Standardization: Contribute to the structuring and updating of logistics KPI documentation and management routines.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in logistics, performance management, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, SQL and capable of structuring and managing databases.
- Good understanding of logistics activities and performance-related challenges.
- Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to structure your work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous, able to synthesize and communicate complex analyses effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Available for a 6-month internship with starting date from 01.02.2026.
