Your role
We’re looking for a client account manager to:
• manage daily business in UHNW and HNW client servicing and provide high quality service
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
• identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience, taking care of administrative, risk and legal & compliance related tasks and duties
• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
• join client advisors occasionally in client meetings

Your expertise
• (bachelor’s) degree or equivalent financial qualifications
• solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
• effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
• able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
• interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
• sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
• superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• professional level in English required, French is beneficial, other languages (particularly Greek) are a plus.
