The Senior Manager of Talent Planning & Analytics (TPA) reports to the Director of Talent Data & Systems within the Talent department. This position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and operations of the TPA department. Responsibilities include managing headcount and personnel cost planning, overseeing workforce and people analytics, and mentoring and developing a team of two direct reports.
Job Description:TEAM LEADERSHIP
Act as a member of the Talent Data & Systems leadership team, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality, integration, and system performance.
Oversee collaboration with internal Talent partners to identify significant challenges and opportunities for enhancing data literacy and utilizing data across various areas within the department.
Collaborate with stakeholders at Red Bull Headquarters in Austria to continuously advance TPA as a global function.
Define the annual direction and strategy for TPA by identifying key priorities, projects, and programs.
Supervise and develop a team of two direct reports, supporting them in executing and delivering regular TPA projects and programs, while also serving as consultative data partners to colleagues in the Talent department.
HEADCOUNT & PERSONNEL COST PLANNING
Oversee and manage all aspects of headcount and personnel cost planning for all North American entities, ensuring seamless integration with the annual organization-wide business planning process and adherence to global timelines.
Provide cost modeling solutions in collaboration with local finance and compensation teams to support scenario testing and planning inputs.
Enhance efficiency in the organization-wide headcount request process to ensure complete alignment among stakeholders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition (TA) partners.
WORKFORCE & PEOPLE ANALYTICS
Utilize advancements in technology to improve Talent data capabilities, enhance the performance of visualization tools, and increase the relevance and utilization of Talent datasets throughout the organization.
Identify and explore opportunities for statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and understand the connection between Talent performance indicators and business success.
Transform the use of Talent data in decision-making across all Red Bull North America entities to foster and support high-performing teams.
Promote and enable a culture of data-driven decision-making and influence within the Talent department.
Discover and drive opportunities for new Talent data products, projects, or programs.
Qualifications:7+ years of quantitative work experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and/or financial analysis
Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or I/O Psychology/Design preferred
Experience leading teams in a business environment
Experience leading projects and processes with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a global, matrixed organization a plus.
Experience translating technical information for non-technical audiences and telling stories with data
Advanced-level Excel skills
Strong influencing skills
Superior attention to detail
Experience with SAP HR, SAP BI, or Anaplan a plus
Additional Information:This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
