Main Break Product Manifestor B Shift bei Seaboard Triumph Foods

The Production Manifestor must scale and manifest all combos/vats of product produced by cut and converting prior to leaving the floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following: (other duties may be assigned)

• Accurately scale all combos and/or vats of product.
• Ensure accurate manifest are completed.
• Oversee manifest weights and labels are correct.
• Organize green meats cooler.
• Hand Manifest all partials
• Delete manifest of all product returned to the floor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED preferred. One or more years’ experience in meat processing, or closely related industry is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed. Spanish Bilingual skills preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely works near moving mechanical parts, moving power trucks and is exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually at a level wear OSHA required hearing protection is required.

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management.
