Job Summary
The Lead Analyst of Transmission Trading is responsible for managing Luminant’s transmission congestion risk in the rolling and monthly CRR auctions, as well as in Day-Ahead and Real-Time markets. Responsibilities consist of developing the pricing Point-Of-View to hedge the risk of delivery of power from Luminant’s generation locations to the delivery points, such as Hubs or Load Zones. A Lead Analyst also participates actively in the identification and execution of speculative trades in the CRR/FTR auctions and Day Ahead Market. This position interfaces with Grid Optimization, Fundamental Analysis, Operations and Power Trading & Structuring.Job Description
