We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety-related matters
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective action plans
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations and adapt programs and policies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a safety role, with experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety programs
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations
