As we prepare to celebrate our 175th anniversary in the 2025–26 school year, we are excited to welcome a Co-Director of College Counseling who will bring expertise, warmth, and vision to a collaborative team dedicated to guiding students in their journey beyond San Domenico. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered Co-Director of College Counseling to join our Upper School team. Working collaboratively with two fellow Co-Directors, this full-time position guides students and families through a reflective and personalized college exploration and application process that emphasizes purpose, balance, and authenticity. Grounded in San Domenico’s mission to prepare students for lives of purpose, integrity, and service, the Co-Director supports students in discovering meaningful post-secondary pathways through individualized counseling, thoughtful programming, and ongoing family partnership. The department fosters a culture of curiosity, wellness, and confidence throughout the college process, helping students connect their academic interests and values to future opportunities. While the role centers on direct engagement with students, the Co-Director also contributes to the ongoing development and strategic direction of the college counseling program, ensuring its alignment with school priorities and the evolving landscape of higher education. Salary Info

The salary range for this position is $120,000–$160,000. Placement within the range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates with 5–7 years of experience can expect placement toward the lower end of the range.
