Sourcing Coordinator bei Rico Manufacturing

The Sourcing Coordinator will manage procurement activities across a defined portfolio of goods. In this role, you will apply sourcing policies, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure alignment with technical specifications and budgetary requirements. You will leverage established methods and procedures to support operational efficiency and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

The Sourcing Coordinator will assist in developing, coordinating, and managing commodity strategies with the active engagement and support of the Purchasing Team. This position will act as the lead for all negotiations with common partnership supplier agreements.

• Supplier Identification and Negotiation

Research and select suppliers, then negotiate prices and contract terms to secure the best possible value.

• Cost Management

Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

• Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.

• Leading collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams

Partnering with stakeholders, and department heads to understand business needs and ensure procurement aligns with business goals. Implementation of special projects to enhance the performance of the department

• Performance Monitoring

Track supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyzing procurement data

Collecting and interpreting procurement data including cost analysis reporting, benchmarking expenditures, and return on investment.

• Optimizing procurement processes

Performing regular reviews of established procurement processes to ensure continual improvement, refining policies where needed.
