The Role at a Glance 

Oversees Final Mile warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely appliance installations. Enforces safety and company policies, coordinates project progress, and performs on-site audits to verify accuracy and compliance. Maintains strong relationships with builders, job site contacts, and customers while tracking performance, resolving issues, and supporting operational excellence. 

 

 

How You’ll Contribute 

You will be responsible for coordinating and completing Final Mile builder projects while ensuring all safety regulations, company policies, and installation standards are met. You will oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional customer service. 

You will manage project timelines, track site readiness, and ensure that appliance installations are completed accurately and on schedule. Your expertise will help identify and resolve challenges quickly while keeping projects aligned with safety and quality standards. You may also be called upon to support or represent local leadership as needed. 

In this role, you’ll conduct on-site audits to verify installation accuracy, functionality, and compliance with manufacturer and code requirements. You’ll address any discrepancies by coordinating corrective actions and maintaining proper documentation, including invoicing and audit tasks to ensure billing accuracy. 

You will serve as the primary contact for builders, job site personnel, and customers—providing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. By maintaining open communication and detailed performance tracking, you’ll help drive continuous improvement across all Final Mile operations. 

In this role you also must be able to lift up to 75lbs, work in environments that are not climate-controlled, and be able to ascend and descend flights of stairs regularly. You also must be able to travel regularly and work on multiple job sites. 

 

Qualifications and Skills 

Education/Work Experience/Certificates 

  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in business, logistics, and/or transportation and/or
  • Five to ten years of operations experience in the logistics industry
  • Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
