Job Description:

Summary:
 

The Graduate Assistant will provide administrative and programmatic support to the WCL Abroad Office, which oversees semester exchange, dual degree, and summer abroad programs. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international legal education administration and student advising support.

Essential Functions:

  • Update and maintain the WCL Abroad Terra Dotta webpages and applicant management system for summer, semester, and dual degree study abroad programs.

  • Review and incorporate the latest information provided by partner law schools, ensuring that webpages and program materials are accurate, consistent, and user-friendly.

  • Organize and streamline program content to enhance the browsing and application experience for students.

  • Assist with data clean-up and ongoing maintenance of the application and program databases.

  • Support the enrollment of study abroad students and short-term travelers in the AlertTraveler system and assist with related administrative processes.

  • Provide general administrative support to the WCL Abroad team, including correspondence, file organization, and preparation of materials for student outreach and orientation.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Part-time.

  • 20 hours per week.

Salary Range:

  • $20.00 per hour.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfort working with online systems and databases (experience with Terra Dotta preferred but not required).

  • Interest in international education, program management, or legal education administration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
