Purpose of Position
The International Trip Planner is responsible for the planning and coordination of logistical arrangements for all NetJets Aviation (NJA) international flights. The role is responsible for arranging ground handling services, landing and overflight permits, airport slots, parking, fuel arrangements, and other logistical requirements. Trip Planners review international flights thoroughly, identifying potential issues, and producing best courses of action to mitigate impacts on trips. This role is the primary point of contact for crew members and other flight center teams for all international flights.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review international flights to mitigate potential issues
- Request and monitor all international handling and logistic set ups
- Provide trip estimates for international bookings
- Monitors daily international flight activities, aircraft departures, and estimated arrival times to ensure timely/accurate updates are provided to Customs and handlers to facilitate the efficient processing of NetJets flights.
- Properly documents all situations or deviations that affect the quality of flight activity in order to provide accurate information to support decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.

Base Salary Range
$44,000 - $97,500
