Record Center Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Record Center Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of the record center team and coordinating the execution of all client service requests. Your leadership and attention to detail are vital to maintaining customer inventory integrity and ensuring seamless, high-quality operations.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate the daily workflow of the record center team, managing work assignments to ensure high productivity, quality, and the timely completion of all services.
Execute and process core record center services, including incoming orders, retrievals, internal moves, and destruction requests, while maintaining strict adherence to security procedures.
Prepare and process all necessary record center paperwork, proactively research and resolve inventory discrepancies, and communicate issues effectively to facility leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by observing and enforcing all safety procedures and working in conjunction with Management and Facility Leadership.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Two to four (2-4) years of experience in a service industry, including experience running a team and developing 20 or more people.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate work, set priorities, and work in conjunction with Management and Facility Leadership.
Proven ability to handle the physical demands of the role (lifting 40 pounds) and work in a dusty, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work overtime and travel between facilities as required.
High School education with attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to read and write proficiently.
What We Offer (Benefits)
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (FT))
