Based out of our South Jordan, Utah office this individual is responsible for providing world-class client service, deal management, product solutions, and operational support on private market liquidity transactions. This role will be critical in driving client and business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with multiple teams across Sales, Technology, Relationship Managers and Product to facilitate the best possible client experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly lead deal planning and execution for private company liquidity events
  • Manage communication with senior decision makers at client companies and law firms
  • Serve as a Sr. project manager overseeing deal requirements, timelines, and reporting 
  • Coordinate client coverage and deal pipeline management directly with Liquidity Sales
  • Leverage Client Success Management to augment support for liquidity events
  • Successfully deliver client based liquidity solutions to enhance overall client relationship
  • Partner with product and software development to enhance liquidity product offerings
  • Identify automation opportunities to drive scale and reduce risk for liquidity business
  • Proactively identify operational issues and drive business wide solutions
  • Provide training and mentorship to Liquidity Transaction Specialists

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years experience in capital markets, banking, or financial services
  • Ability to project manage complex events
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity for your team and stakeholders
  • Ability interpret legal documentation, equity plan documents, and tax guidance
  • Strong analytical background, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) completion is an asset, but not required
