Role Overview
As Director/Sr. Director of Product Management, Data & AI, you will lead the charge in creating an intelligent analytics and AI platform that turns vast amounts of quality data into real-time insights and embedded, continuous improvement for our customers. This is a hands-on, high-visibility product leadership role that sits at the center of our transformation toward an AI-first experience, one that makes quality data more connected, insightful, and actionable for every scientist and quality professional.
You’ll start by partnering with an established cross-functional team driving our data organization, analytics and AI foundation, shaping how customers organize, explore, report and automate actions from their data. From there, you’ll work across the broader product organization to guide how each product manager and team leverages our emerging AI platform to infuse intelligence and automation throughout the product suite.
Your charter spans data cataloging, analytics, and applied AI, connecting these threads into a unified platform that enables continuous quality intelligence, compliant automation, and scientific acceleration.
While we prefer candidates within commuting distance to our office in Ardmore, PA, we’ll consider outstanding remote candidates with the right mix of skills and experience. Travel requirements will be determined prior to an offer.
