Pega’s Client & Partner Success Enablement & Effectiveness team is a growing, client-focused group chartered to drive Pega’s partner co-sales, pre-sales, and delivery performance to support Pega’s growth objectives. Your role will include developing a deep understanding of Consulting Enablement and Effectiveness and working with cross-functional teams to drive professional services and delivery transformational initiatives.  

This role is reporting into a dynamic team that consists of consulting and delivery enablement, partner ecosystem effectiveness, and presales effectiveness team members.

You’ll design and run enablement programs that empower our consulting and delivery teams to execute with consistency, quality, and speed as Pega continues to scale. 

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure our consultants are equipped with the right skills, content, and readiness to drive customer success and accelerate time to value. 

Your work will directly support Pega’s growth by ensuring our professional services and partners deliver every engagement as a clear demonstration of our innovation and expertise. 

Who You Are:

You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully formulating winning enablement strategies and driving consulting effectiveness and enablement programs. 

What You've Accomplished:

• ​​​Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or sales 

• ​7+ years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility 

• ​Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders 

• ​Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills 

• ​Ability to extract insights from data and use it to make informed recommendations that guide strategy 

• ​Experienced in project management skills and driving change initiatives 

• ​Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

• ​Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with senior leadership and individual contributors​​

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,800 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
