Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager who can own our core business platforms, primarily NetSuite and MS365 ecosystems, oversee our IT infrastructure, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring our IT environment supports the company’s long-term growth.

 

Our team operates fully on-site to support collaboration and hands-on work

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, including managing roles, access, set up, configurations, permissions, workflows, reporting, dashboards, customizations, integrations, and module deployments.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and support, including version releases, evaluating and communicating workflow impacts, resolving technical issues, submitting support tickets, and monitoring system performance. Monitor and stay current on NetSuite functionality and third-party applications within the NetSuite partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and low-code automation to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies. Administer Sandbox testing for all new workflows and manage refreshes.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize saved searches, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics datasets, workflows, and native reports to fulfill data and operational needs.
  • Prepare system reports for audits, compliance, and organizational standards, including regulatory and cybersecurity audits and perform maintenances to ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as primary administrator for other core business systems platforms including RF Smart and MS 365 ecosystem. Ensure our software portfolio and integrations run smoothly and evolve with business needs.
  • Manage and develop strategic plans for project upgrades, expansion, and integration of systems.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, and Sales to map processes and implement automation/integration projects.
  • Lead the company’s adoption of business systems by creating SOPs and providing training and sharing best practices. Own productivity improvements within business systems
  • Develop internal reporting and dashboards aligned to business KPIs. Demonstrate value through measurement and reporting.
  • Act as the liaison with external consultants and vendors where necessary to scope, manage and deliver enhancements to our business systems.
  • Partner with leadership to guide IT vendor agreements, software selection, and budgeting decisions.
  • Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and documentation that supports scalability and compliance. Ensure proper security controls and compliance with regulations through our use of business systems.
  • Oversee IT support to ensure infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and user support needs are consistently met.
  • Coordinate IT vendor relationships and manage MSP performance against SLAs.
  • Provide light onsite triage when needed (e.g., assisting with quick fixes, onboarding new employees).
  • Ensure compliance and data security best practices are followed.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required, master’s degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience working as NetSuite Administrator required.
  • Previous experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., SuiteFlow, Power Automate) required.
  • Experience in medical devices or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong background in business process mapping and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience leading systems integration or implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between technical detail and business impact.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, working lead role.
  • Experience managing or coordinating IT support vendors (help desk, MSPs, networking).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and administration.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance tools and frameworks.

 

Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:

  • Salary Range: $90,000.00– $140,000.00 base annual salary
  • Benefits:

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position.  These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
