SUMMARY

To record the accounts receivable and customer payments generated from stores and corporate office via computer data entry. To provide support to stores and customers on accounts receivable related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Entry and scanning/indexing of customer payments into accounting software
• Responsible for accounts receivable statement generation, entry of invoices, for a group of stores
• Reconciliation of EFT payments
• Clear communication with store team and customers regarding accounts receivable related items
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Or related experience and/or training;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Proficiency with Office suite of products and familiarity with office equipment

 LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write correspondence and communicate appropriately with others.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other associates of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

PAY RANGE (depends on industry experience)

       $17 up to $20/hour (IL Locations Only)
