Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors, and an ABA team, as well as a talented client support team all working together to provide exceptional services to children and families. Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct psychological and psychoeducational diagnostic assessments, while managing individual psychotherapy cases.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration, including group supervision sessions for counselors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations (ADOS2 experience preferred).
- Deliver parent interventions and therapy for young children using evidence-based approaches (e.g., play-based modalities, PCIT experience a plus).
- Develop quality treatment options tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and families.
- Maintain a broad range of evaluative competencies to assess and diagnose the cognitive, psychological functioning of the child, and in some cases, adults and families.

Requirements Include:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology
- North Carolina license
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Teamwork mindset with readiness to collaborate
- Reside in the Charlotte area or plans to relocate within the next three months.
