Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with honesty and enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives.
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus—but not required. We offer comprehensive training!

Qualifications

Education

• High School degree or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license that meets dealership insurability requirements

Experience

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't need automotive sales experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service, and prior sales experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk the sales lot and showroom to review inventory, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds on occasion. Must be able to push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Must have close and distance vision. Must be able to drive company vehicles. Must be able to type.
