Description
Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.
As a Registered Nurse in a residential setting serving 16 residents with Chartiers Center you would be committed to providing health care people facing mental health challenges. Job duties include:
Complete necessary medical and medication documentation.
- Monitor vital signs
- Implement individualized treatment plans for consumers utilizing goal-setting techniques.
- Coordination/review of lab results.
- Provide services to consumers as specified in the treatment plan.

Minimum Qualifications:
RN with PA licensure with one (1) year related nursing experience preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
