Description
The Community Health Services Director will manage the Assisted Living facility and staff. The director will also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintain high standards of resident care and safety, and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- Licensure: CRCFA license preferred. Candidates without a license must demonstrate willingness to obtain one within a designated timeframe.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with state regulations governing residential care facilities.
