Enterprise IT Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Elicitation & Solution Design: Act as the primary liaison with business partners (Sales, Service, Partner Operations) to elicit, analyze, and translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications specifically for the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Communities/Experience Cloud, and core platform capabilities) to identify and recommend scalable solutions, evaluate new features, and ensure designs align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Full Lifecycle Implementation: Guide projects through the entire lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to solution design, development oversight, testing, and deployment. You will be a key player in ensuring our Salesforce implementations are successful and deliver measurable business value.
• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Actively participate in and often lead Agile ceremonies. You will be responsible for writing clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, managing the product backlog, and leading grooming sessions with a strong business-value focus.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and design decisions to a diverse group of stakeholders, from business leaders to developers. You will create and maintain essential documentation, including process flows, solution design documents, and UAT plans.
• Process Improvement & Gap Analysis: Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvement and optimisation using Salesforce's native capabilities and integrated technologies. Perform gap analysis between current-state and future-state business processes.
• Testing & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the delivered solutions are high-quality and meet the original business objectives.
