Business Transformation Intern
Location: Plano, TX
About this opportunity:
The Business Transformation Intern supports small-scale projects and activities aimed at driving business improvements and optimizing and introducing AI-driven processes while learning Ericsson's operational and organizational frameworks. This role provides opportunities to develop foundational management skills and contribute to delivering customer and operational benefits.
What you will do:
• Execute projects to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Conduct analyses of processes and prepare reports for improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute assigned tasks within the context of broader transformation goals.
• Learn and apply risk management best practices.
• Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders and participate in discussions to develop solutions collaboratively.
• Accelerate AI and GenAI solutions and change management
The skills you bring:
• Working towards a university degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Analytics or related fields.
• Strong willingness to learn improvement methodologies, project management, and change management tools.
• AI native and analytical skills with interest in exploring data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a global, matrixed organization.
