Haven Home Care is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to lead our In-Home Services team. This role is responsible for daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional support to both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the In-Home Services operational team

• Ensure care is delivered according to state regulations and company standards

• Monitor service delivery and care plans with regular review and follow-up

• Lead with accountability, follow-through, and strong customer service instincts

• Support both employees and clients with empathy and timely response

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous home care management or leadership experience required

• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Professional, reliable, and confident in making decisions

• Ability to manage time and documentation efficiently

• Reliable transportation
