Your Role at Delta Faucet

Delta Faucet Company has an outstanding opportunity for an Engineering Data Management Specialist to join our Indianapolis Engineering Services team. This role is exceptional in its focus on handling Engineering data and ensuring overall system efficiency. We are searching for an individual who is adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a collaborative peer environment. You must be motivated to work in a data-driven setting, eager to drive process improvements, and passionate about analyzing detailed issues to implement solutions to ambitious problems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop processes to ensure data integrity
  • Understand internal customer needs and provide data-based insights
  • Lead identification, prioritization, and correction of data-related issues
  • Collaborate with IT on SAP improvements that boost data accuracy and business process improvements
  • Employ MS PowerBI, Excel, Smartsheet, and other quantitative tools for the manipulation and analysis of substantial data sets
  • Build analytical insights through the collection of data and creation of data models
  • Own the Engineering Change process, including workflow and cycle time management
  • Build, validate, and revise computer-generated label formatting to ensure database consistency
  • Maintain common Engineering practices, including updating and maintaining work instructions for SAP, and act as Key User for Engineering

This will be a hybrid role in our Indianapolis office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis or analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts, Smartsheet, and Power BI
