We are seeking an accomplished and performance-driven Senior IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading enterprise-level IT procurement and sourcing contract negotiations, ensuring successful contract management, and supporting the delivery of solutions to our global clients.

Position Overview:

The Senior IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager will oversee and manage the contract lifecycle for IT procurement and sourcing projects. This includes contract creation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of agreements with third-party technology, software, and IT professional services suppliers. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and strategic sourcing, with the ability to navigate complex and high-stakes negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Contract Management:

*Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of various contracts including Master Contractor & Subcontractor Agreements (MCA), Master Supplier Services Agreements (MSSA), License Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, Renewals, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Orders (POs).

*Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

*Oversee the red-lining process and ensure alignment between legal, business, and vendor requirements.

*RFP Management:

*Manage RFP responses for state and local government clients, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal stakeholders.

*Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and submit winning proposals.

*Procurement Contracts:

*Manage end-to-end procurement contracts, from initiation through negotiation and final execution.

*Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure contract terms are being met.

*Strategic Sourcing:

*Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects, from ideation to execution.

*Oversee vendor vetting and selection, ensuring the identification of the best-fit solutions for the organization.

*Take ownership of contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and optimal value for the company.

 

Qualifications:

*10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and contract management, particularly within technology, software, and IT services.

*Proven track record of successfully managing complex sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish.

*Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and best practices in IT procurement.

*Experience managing RFP processes and working with government clients.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP, Agiloft) are a plus.

*Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate-advanced level
