💼 About the Role

We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and community-based teams in Wesley Chapel, FL.

You’ll work directly with clients in schools and other learning environments, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs.

This is the perfect opportunity for RBTs who want hands-on experience, strong supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
• Collect and record data to track progress
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in public and private school settings
• Support behavior reduction and skill-building goals
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision
