Job Overview:

Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met.  This role leads, supervises and directs, and/or delegates all nursing functions on the assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem-solving and decision-making.  They are responsible for supervising in compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. Team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.

 

Nursing schedule includes;

    • Full-time; 48 hours every two weeks
    • Day/Night
    • Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation

    • DHS college education scholarships
    • RN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000 over 5 years. $2,000 each year.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice, and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
  • Assures Care Plan, medical records, and other documentation are up to date
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per the physician's orders and facility policies
  • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Required:

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
  • RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR /BLS certified
  • One to three years of experience
  • Basic Computer Skills

Preferred:

  • Supervisory skills
  • Point Click Care knowledge

$38.80- $56.04 Hourly
