What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, carpentry, slide-outs, appliances, and roofing
   
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and warranty repairs
   
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
   
• Document all work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
   
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely and efficient service
   
• Deliver outstanding customer service to RV owners

Requirements

Qualifications:

• RV, automotive, marine, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry repair experience
   
• RVIA/RVDA certification highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
   
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools
   
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
   
• Valid driver’s license required
