Job Title: Associate Brand Manager – Country Crock 
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office, with shuttle support for NYC-based employees 
Reports to:  Head of Marketing- Country Crock

Compensation: 120K-135K plus bonus

 

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager who brings a general management mindset—someone who can lead cross-functional teams, drive business performance, and execute innovation with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operational rigor. 

You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s future through consumer-centric innovation, rigorous business analysis, and integrated marketing execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing Excellence, Innovation, and Commercial teams to deliver growth across the portfolio. 

 

As part of the Flora Food Group marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your marketing expertise, lead impactful initiatives, and grow your career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the execution of the annual brand plan, including innovation pipeline, communications, and commercial activities. 
  • Analyze business performance, including market share, household penetration, and drivers of brand gainers and drainers. Translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to deliver business objectives and resolve operational challenges. 
  • Manage agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. 
  • Oversee shopper marketing, and national promotions to drive brand visibility and conversion. 
  • Own brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 
  • Stay ahead of food trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to inform brand strategy and innovation. 
  • Support team development and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in CPG or food categories. 
  • Strong understanding of digital media, content creation, and consumer engagement. 
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance measurement. 
  • Passion for food, innovation, and sustainability.
