Community Support Worker - Shift Lead
Looking for a rewarding job where you make a difference? We have the opportunity for you! As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals to support them through their journey to independence! The shift lead will also take a leadership role within the program; training new staff and working on special assignments with the supervisor. If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional and want to take the next step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you!

Full or part time shifts available: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8pm, or Thursday-Saturday 10am-8pm. Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) required.

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Locations Include: Burnsville and West St. Paul

Starting Salary: $21.00 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional or other caregiving role required.
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Basic computer skills


Options Residential uses E-Verify

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
