Bartender Mixologist – Margaritaville Resort Orlando bei NDM Hospitality Services

About the Role

The Entertainment Bartender creates an engaging, high-energy bar experience that aligns with the resort's entertainment and hospitality standards. This role blends exceptional mixology with personality and performance, serving guests in pre-determined, live entertainment areas, pool areas, Hotel Porte Cochere, Special Events, and other locations as assigned while maintaining high levels of service, cleanliness and compliance with all beverage safety regulations.

What You'll Do:

· Craft and serve drinks including cocktails, mocktails, beer, seltzers, etc. in accordance with the standard recipe.

· Ensure high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work area along with personal appearance and hygiene.

· Ensure security of all beverage stock in the bar cart / coolers by observing control and inventory procedures.

· Perform cashiering tasks according to the set standards.

· Maintain a strong presence and awareness, ensuring prompt and vibrant guest interactions.

· Engage in themed entertainment or resort programming as assigned. (e.g., interactive service moments, live music engagement, themed attire)

· Participate in resort-wide promotions, pool parties, and special events as assigned. · Follow responsible vending Alcohol Service Policies.

· Daily Duties include: Icing and preparation of coolers & product inventory & stocking of product and supplies, maintaining cart cleanliness and presentation throughout shifts, burning of all ice in coolers at end of shift, fully wiping down all surfaces, returning inventory to proper storage.

· Carry out other tasks and special projects assigned by management

Uniform Standards:

· Uniform consists of resort-approved Tennis / Pickle Ball one piece dress, white Margaritaville Branded Sun Visor, and approved white tennis shoes designed to reflect the stylish atmosphere of our brand

· Professional grooming and presentation are essential, neutral colors only of lip stick, eye shadow, and blush. Avoid heavy eyeliner and eye shadow. One earring per ear is acceptable with no other visible piercings or facial jewelry.

Requirements:

· Must be a minimum of 21 years old · High School Diploma or GED

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (required to operate mobile tiki bar)

· Bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations.

· Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes.

· Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate guest needs and multitask. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills .

· Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail. · Comfortable and confident working in assigned wardrobe / uniform.

· Must be flexible to work outside under hot and/or cold conditions.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred:

· Responsible Alcohol Certification (TIPS).

· Flair bartending or performance mixology skills.

· Multilingual abilities.

· Previous experience in resort or hospitality environments.
