2025-26 MS and HS Activities Supervisor (Winter) bei Lewis Central Community School District

Activities Supervisor will assist the Activities Director in all event management duties for all activities during the season specficied. An Administrative License through the BOEE is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities (may not be all inclusive):

• Facility opening and closing
• Scheduling of event workers
• Set up of ticket taking and management of gate operations
• Event set up - i.e. facility, entry and exits, scoreboards, sound, etc.
• Communication with administration, coaches, community, etc.
• Officials management - i.e. meet & greet, escort to proper location, assist with needs throughout the event
• Assists teams/groups with organization and supplies
• Works with event security to manage events
• Works with Booster Club/concession to manage events
• Other duties as assigned
