Description

Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience during daily plant site operations. Responsible for assuring the safe and efficient daily operations of the plant site.

Supervisory Functions

• Assist Plant or Operations manager
• Monitor daily plant operations

Job-Specific Functions

• Always Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies
• Ensure compliance of all company environmental regulations and policies
• Coordinate scheduling with dispatch
• Conduct plant inspections and inventory
• Maintain adequate levels of all plant supplies and products (i.e. fuel, cement, admixtures, fiber mesh etc.)
• Maintain accurate and current reports as required
• Complete all required reports accurately and timely

Other Functions

• Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values.
• Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others.
• Respond to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Performs all other related duties, as assigned.

• Must report to work on time and on a regular basis
• Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstances
• Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
• Express oneself clearly and concisely
• Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work
• Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills
• Must be able to multi-task in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Must be able to pass employment background check and drug screen.

Education/Experience

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Valid State of Texas drivers license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
