SUMMARY:
The Upward Bound Instructor is responsible for preparing materials; developing instruction strategies, teaching basic skills and core curriculum courses; and evaluating student progress. The Upward Bound Instructor is directly responsible to the Upward Bound Director
Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in the instruction area
- Licensure in the subject area
- Experience working with the disadvantaged, disabled, low-income, first generation, and minority students
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
