Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SQL, building dashboards, data collection and transformation, visualization, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience with machine learning.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally at various organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit, global team with exposure across all of Trust and Safety’s verticals, as well as a close partnership with YouTube product teams. This role is highly visible and has a large scope.
As part of your core work, you'll design and implement enforcement and operations workflows to support new product/feature launches, monitor KPIs for your product portfolio, and provide timely and clear communications across the YouTube Trust and Safety organization. With your expertise in new and existing products, you’ll also provide key insights and recommendations as part of new feature risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between business objectives and business systems, including designing and building strategies that support these business systems.
- Conduct analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver within relevant product areas. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions that improve business performance.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, important organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
- Use Google’s big data to conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
