What’s the role?

To be responsible for the planning, deployment and co-ordination of people and resources to meet changing operational needs within the Linkline Telecare Service.

To initiate, implement and manage new service projects, informing and communicating with team members as appropriate.

To assist in the purchasing and monitoring of telecare equipment including keeping up to date with new solutions and technological advances within the health and social care field.

What we’re looking for

Someone with an interest in technologies and with a flair for managing and coaching staff to work to their maximum potential. You will be adaptable and able to work in a changing environment where we constantly strive to identify advances in technology which would benefit the residents of Lewisham.

Location

The job is based in Ladywell Centre, 148 Dressington Avenue, London SE4 1JF. 

Special conditions

  • Participation in a management on call rota is a requirement
  • The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check
  • Full clean driving licence

Salary

£45,852 -£47,925 per annum (P02) plus an on call payment.

N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
