MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in farming, ranching, or property maintenance.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or equivalency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Farm Operations:

• Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, health monitoring, and shelter maintenance.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment, tractors, and other machinery.
• Monitor farm supply inventory and coordinate purchases as needed.
• Maintain fencing, barns, and other farm structures.

Property Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Handle landscaping duties, including mowing, tree trimming, and weed control.
• Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and general structures.
• Ensure the properties remain clean, organized, and functional.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or storm preparation.
• Additional duties as assigned
