Position: Body Shop Advisor
Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet – 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043
Schedule: Full-Time – Five-Day Work Week including an occasional Saturday
Compensation: $17–$24/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body repair services

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication

• Accurately assess customer needs and manage repair expectations

• Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates

• Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems

• Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery

• Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards

• Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop

• Experience with ADP/CDK systems is a plus (not required)

• Valid NYS Driver’s License required
