Job Summary

The Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt role is pivotal in overseeing the successful implementation of automation solutions within the network domain. With a focus on MS Power Automate the candidate will drive efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model. This role requires a seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of experience ensuring seamless delivery and impactful outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the automation projects by leveraging MS Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency within the network domain.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Provide technical expertise in automation and network domains to guide project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery processes.
  • Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in automation to keep the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Report on project status risks and opportunities to senior management providing insights for strategic decision-making.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in automation technologies particularly MS Power Automate to drive project success.
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in networks enabling effective management of related projects.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Showcase a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the specified timelines.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in automation or network management.
