Part time Office Cleaner – CrossCountry Trains

Our cleaners play a vital role in ensuring our CrossCountry accommodation in Edinburgh is always clean, safe, and welcoming for our colleagues. We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Cleaner to join our friendly team in Edinburgh.

About the Role:
 

As an Office Cleaner, you’ll be a visible and valued member of staff. While your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of our offices, customers may approach you with questions about train times, connections, or general travel queries. That’s why we're looking for someone who is not only thorough and reliable, but also friendly, approachable, and willing to help.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all areas of the office, including (but not limited too):
  • Cleaning our kitchen and office areas
  • Hoovering
  • Ensuring toilet facilities are hygienic and fully stocked
     
• Work as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Represent CrossCountry in a professional and customer-friendly manner

About You:

• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Confident interacting with the public and answering basic travel queries
