Mint Cannabis is seeking customer service-focused security team members to join our team. The company is ever-expanding and seeking individuals who are interested in growth. Our security team is responsible for de-escalating situations, parking lot and crowd control, while ensuring customers, patients, and other team members feel safe!
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Security Guard serves visitors/patients by maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

- Customer service focused
- Can stand up to 10 + hours, and is comfortable with being outside for long periods of time.
- Ability to de-escalate situations
- Attention to detail, ensuring premises stay secure
- Prevents losses and damage by observing and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Currently have, or can obtain, an unarmed or armed guard card
- Possess or be able to possess a Facility Agent Card
