Description

  

  • Manage your own group of clients and caregivers, ensuring coverage and excellent service
  • Coordinate schedules, authorizations, and documentation in line with MCO and state requirements
  • Support and mentor other Service Coordinators; help troubleshoot scheduling and documentation issues
  • Assist the General Manager with onboarding and training new coordinators
  • Track key metrics such as referral turnaround, missed visits, and documentation timeliness
  • Recommend process improvements to keep the office efficient and organized
  • Represent the Company in occasional external events 

Requirements

  

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Coordinator or Scheduler in home care or healthcare
  • Working knowledge of New Mexico MCO programs and home-care documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading peers and stepping in to resolve issues
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
